Procedures That Require An Insolvency Practitioner Insolvency practitioners are experts in carrying out certain insolvency services who are sought after to oversee different legal and company processes with an aim to reach an expected conclusion. For instance, a business in administration requires the services of a competent and licensed insolvency practitioners, usually referred to as the administrator or trustee to oversee its affairs so as to come out of administration and be declared solvent again by the appropriate authorities.
